Shelter Infra Projects has informed that as of today there are no events, information etc. that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, which are required to be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Moreover the Company is not in possession of any information /announcement which may have a bearing on the operations/performance/price behaviour in the scrip of the Company. Hence we are unable to comment on the significant increase in the price of the Companys security across Exchanges, in the recent past. Further it would like to reiterate that, as in the past the Company would continue to inform Stock Exchanges about any price sensitive information and to make it available on the website of the Company before the same made is public.
