Himalaya Food International has received an approval for sale of agriculture land situated at NH-8 near Delhi to use the amount towards liquidation of its debt on approval of the OTS (one time settlement) by the Banks. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on March 25, 2019, approved the same.
