Chemcrown Shoes Sole & Mould India has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 27.03.2019 approved the amendment in Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and subsequent amendment to SEBI (PIT) Regulations notified on 21st January, 2019, which inter alia defines policy to determine Legitimate Purpose. The said revised code will be effective from 1st April, 2019.
