Kintech Renewables has informed that Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28th March, 2019 approved the amendment in Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading AND Code of practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and subsequent amendment in the said regulations which is notified as on 21st January, 2019.The Revised Code is effective from 1st April, 2019 and being available on Companys website at www.kintechrenewables.com under the section of Investor Relations in Code of Conduct
