Sky Industries has informed that the company has obtained credit rating from two credit rating agencies i.e. CRISIL and CARE Rating. The CRISIL has issued a rating of BB+ for Long Term Instrument; and A4+ for Short Term Instrument. The company has decided to surrender the rating obtained from CARE Rating and has duly obtained No Objection Certificate from the bank regarding the same. The Company has duly intimated the CARE Rating regarding the surrender of rating obtained. The Company enclosed herewith the acknowledgement copy of same along with the No Objection Certificate received from Kotak Mahindra Bank.
