Ballarpur Industries has received an approval to hive off Kamalapuram Unit into a separate entity, subject to requisite approvals, in a manner as may be deemed fit by the Board based on recommendations of its Committee of Directors. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 28, 2019, approved the same.
Ballarpur Industries is engaged in manufacturing of wide range of papers such as coated wood free, uncoated wood free, copy paper, packaging, business stationery, industrial grades and speciality and fine paper.
