Aaswa Trading & Exports has informed that, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) and in view of the clarification letter issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2nd April, 2019 and BSE vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 4th April, 2019 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019. The same has been intimated to all the Designated Persons of the Company. The date of Board meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
