The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will examine the merger proposal of Lakshmi Vilas Bank and Indiabulls Housing Finance.
Lakshmi Vilas Bank had on April 5, 2019 announced that it will merge with Indiabulls Housing Finance to create the eighth largest private sector lender in an all-stock deal.
Lakshmi Vilas Bank offers a wide range of services such as Deposits, loan, MSME, Online Services, NRI services, Wealth Management Services and Personal banking services etc.
