With reference to the Circulars issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, ACE Men Engg Works has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect (i.e. April 6, 2019) until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. The date of re-opening of trading window will be notified in due course.
