Karda Constructions gains on completing RCC work of building 'A' of project Hari Nakshatra Phase I

Karda Constructions is currently trading at Rs. 186.50, up by 0.95 points or 0.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 185.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 186.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 187.00 and Rs. 186.00 respectively. So far 246 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 239.00 on 25-Feb-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 124.35 on 26-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 192.90 and Rs. 183.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 229.40 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.13% and 33.83% respectively.

Karda Constructions has completed the RCC work of residential Building ‘A’ of Project Hari Nakshatra Phase I amounting to around Rs 9 crore against the construction work order of Rs 18.92 crore awarded by Shree Sainath Land & Development (India).

The project is being jointly developed with Viva Highways, a group company of Ashoka Buildcon.

Karda Constructions is primarily in construction of residential projects and recently they have been innovative in their approach to push the affordable housing segment by coming up with schemes such as ‘Capsule Homes’.
