In furtherance to letters dated September 19, 2018 and April 3, 2019 Simbhaoli Sugars has informed that one of the lenders of the Company, Oriental Bank of Commerce, has revived its application vide Company Petition No (IB) 331/ALD/2018 under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 after the Honble Supreme Court has disposed off the Company’s civil writ petition no. 1124 of 2018 of Simbhaoli Sugars Vs Reserve Bank of India and others, vide its order dated April 2, 2019.
