Kirloskar Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2019, to consider and take on record Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019, Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2019 and to recommend the dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2019, as communicated vide the Company’s letter dated March 28, 2019 and shall remain closed till May 21, 2019, as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of the company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
