Force Motors has informed that it has enclosed copy of the certificate received from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Link lntime India, certifying that the securities received for dematerialization upto 31st March, 2019 have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in the records as the registered owner, within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of certificate of security. Further, the certificates of securities which were dematerialized are listed on Stock Exchange, where earlier issued securities were listed.
