With reference to the earlier letter dated April 29, 2019, regarding notice of the Board Meeting of the Company, Yash Papers has now informed that following matters shall also be considered in the Board Meeting to be held on May 11, 2019 along with the matters stated in the Notice submitted to exchange earlier: (1) to consider and recommend the final dividend for the financial year 2018-19, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company; (2) to consider and approve scheme for Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) if any.
