Surya Industrial Corporation has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 18, 2012, considered and approved appointment of new registrar and transfer agent (RTA) Skyline Financial Services Pvt Ltd and has noted the resignation of Seema Jain, chairman & director, Laleshwar Kumar Raut, & Mahendra Singh, independent directors as directors of the company.
Further, the board appointed Abhinav Sharma as additional director to act as independent director and Vivek Jain as chairman of the board of director of the company unanimously. Further, intimation is given for change in designation of Vivek Jain as a chairman cum managing director from earlier designation as managing director of the company.
