Lykis (formerly Greenline Tea & Exports) has acquired 7,500 shares of Rs 10 each of Lykis Pharma and 200 shares of Rs 10 each of Jin-X Marketing on August 01, 2012.
Pursuant to the above acquisition, the company now holds 75% shares of Lykis Pharma and 50% shares in Jin-X Marketing and therefore Lykis Pharma and Jin-X Marketing have become subsidiary of the company with effect from August 01, 2012.
Lykis is engaged in the business of tea plantation and processing in its Tea garden in Assam. The Company owns a tea garden of 952 Hectares named ‘Iringmara Tea Estate' at Cachar, Assam.
