Shah has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from the close of working hours of June 6, 2019. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Nimesh S. Shah has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer under Regulation 6 (1) of the Listing Regulations.
