HCL Infosystems has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended June 30, 2012.
On standalone basis, the company has reported a fall of 68.75% in its net profit at Rs 2.55 crore for the quarter, as compared to Rs 8.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has increased by 2.83% to Rs 2548.50 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2478.30 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 82.58% in its net profit at Rs 2.00 crore for the quarter, as compared to Rs 11.48 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has increased by 3.41% to Rs 2704.48 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2615.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
For the full year ended June 30, 2012, on standalone basis, the company has posted a fall of 73% in its net profit at Rs 47.86 crore as compared to Rs 177.23 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income also decreased by 5.92% at Rs 10289.28 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 10936.95 crore for the period ended June 30, 2011.
On consolidated basis, the company has posted a fall of 57.15% in its net profit at Rs 72.07 crore as compared to Rs 168.19 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income also decreased by 5.83% at Rs 10754.05 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 11419.92 crore for the period ended June 30, 2011.
