Addi Industries has informed that Sukhraj Sharma (DIN: 05288842), Independent Director has resigned from the Board of the Company vide his resignation letter dated 29th May, 2019 due to his old age and ill health. Accordingly, Sukhraj Sharma ceased to be an Independent Director from the Board of the Company with effect from 1st June, 2019. He also ceased to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. The above is in compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of said Regulations.
