Timken India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2019, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30 June, 2019. The trading window as described in Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders of the Company will closed for the above purpose from 1 July, 2019 and will continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours of submission/publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors thereon at the Board Meeting aforesaid.
