Longview Tea Company has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated Persons and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company, including their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
