LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and National Stock Exchange of India vide Circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 and pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons with effect from July 1, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Accordingly, the designated persons and connected persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of Board meeting for considering the Financial Results of the Company will be communicated in due course of time.
