PTC Industries has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the amended Clause 4 of the Schedule B of PIT Regulations regarding Trading restriction period applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated employees of the Company from today the 01st July , 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2019. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the outcome of the Board Meeting will be intimated immediately on completion of the meeting and after that the Company shall arrange to publish the results within 48 hours from the date of announcement of results.
