Osiajee Texfab has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate relatives with immediate effect till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019 will be intimated separately. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives directly or indirectly are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period.
