The company has registered a fall of 41.86% in its net profit at Rs 70.72 crore for the year under review as compared to Rs 121.64 crore in the previous year. The total income of the company has decreased by 3.61% at Rs 67051.89 crore for FY12 as compared Rs 69563.75 crore in FY11.
MMTC has recommended a dividend of 25% on the paid up equity capital of the company for the Financial year 2011-12.
