Standard Chartered has informed that it has attached an announcement which has been submitted to the London Stock Exchange for uploading on to respective website with a signed cover letter from an Authorised Signatory. This announcement relates to a late notification of share dealings, specifically shares purchased as part of the Share Plan Accounts Dividend Reinvestment Plan for MT PDMRs. These shares were not notified and disclosed to the Market at the time of purchase on 22 May 2019. The appropriate FCA filings have since been made.
