Pradeep Metals has informed that the Company has received requests for transfer of physical shares pursuant to the SEBI Circular No: SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOS3/CIR/P/2018/139 dated 6th November, 2018. In view of the same Company has published advertisement in Financial Express and Mumbai Lakshdeep on 18th May, 2019 giving notice of proposed transfer of shares. If within 30days of the said notice, no objection is received in this regard then the Company shall effect the proposed transfer of shares. Pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company enclosed herewith a copy of said advertisement.
