Mohota Industries has decided to close the processing department/ division of the company situated at Hinganghat, District Wardha, subject to the necessary approval from the regulatory authorities. The Executive committee of the Board in its meeting held on July 22, 2019 has decided the same.
The processing department/ division is unviable due to high labor cost, old obsolete machinery and cost of environmental protection, therefore it is prudent to seek the closure of process Department/Division.
Mohota Industries has vertically integrated itself into divisions namely spinning, weaving and processing.
