Mandhana Industries has informed about rectification of error of earlier announcement made wherein date of resignation of directors was inadvertently mentioned as 25th March, 2019 instead of 25th July, 2019. The Company hereby informed that pursuant to provision of Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the non-executive and independent directors have resigned and ceased to be directors of the Company with effect from 25th July, 2019 on account of their pre-occupation.
