AuSom Enterprise and IGR Metals Trading DMCC, a Dubai based Company, have incorporated Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) with the name, 'IGR AUSOM LLP'. The said LLP was incorporated on July 31, 2019 and in said LLP both the companies are holding 50:50 capital and profit sharing ratio.
IGR Ausom LLP is incorporated with an object to build up, own and operate a gold refinery in India with an object to refine precious metals by purchasing gold and silver dore, bar, scrap and grain locally or imported into India and to sell products in India locally or export finished product.
Ausom Enterprises is a Total Packaging Solutions Provider Company. The company manufactures corrugated boxes, Wooden and Corrugated Pallets and offers Complete Palletized Solution to various exports all across India.
