KPI Global Infrastructure has received the request from Devang Paper Mills for shifting of solar power project from Independent Power Producer (IPP) to Captive Power Producer (CPP) category and accordingly the said solar power project has been shifted and the PPA signed has been cancelled. The Letter of Intent (LoI) for executing 855KW solar power project under CPP category has been received from Devang Paper Mills.
The company had signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Devang Paper Mills, Vapi for sale of 950 KW solar power for a period of 15 years under the category of IPP.
