In reference to the earlier announcement, outcome of board meeting dated 10.08.2019 regarding reappointment of AHSM & Associates as the statutory auditor of the company, Mega Nirman & Industries has informed that while reviewing the appointment of the said auditor, it is been found that ASHM & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 005790C) already appointed in the AGM held on 28.09.2018 as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the period of four years from the conclusion of 35th AGM till the conclusion of the 39th AGM of the Company to be held in year 2022. Also enclosed that due to earlier appointment of the statutory auditor, there is no re-appointment in the ensuing AGM.
