Unichem Laboratories has received ANDA approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Solifenacin Succinate Tablets, 5 mg and 10 mg to market a generic version of Vesicare Tablets, 5 mg and 10 mg, of Astellas Pharma US, Inc. which are indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and urinary frequency. The product will be commercialized from company’s Goa plant.
