Aadhaar Ventures India has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on September 01, 2012, has re-appointed Subramanya Kunsur and Manish Bhupendra Thakkar, directors liable to retire by rotation and being eligible have offered themselves to be appointed as directors on the board of the company.
Further, the board re-appointed of the statutory auditors of the company, who shall hold office from the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting to the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company.
