Foundary equipment manufacturer, Disa India is planning to set up a third unit near its existing facility close to Bangalore. The plant would need 15-20 acres of land and would be a bigger facility than the ones in Tumkur and Hosakote. The company is still working on the investment requirement for the new plant.
The company supplies complete foundry systems by integrating the DISA range of moulding machines and sand mixers with proper combination of sand plant equipments, surface treatment machineries, environmental control systems and conveying systems.
Disa India, is the Indian subsidiary of Denmark-based Disa, also exports specialized capital equipment for the foundry industry to China, Europe and Middle East.
