TRF surges as its arm completes transfer of stake in its subsidiaries

TRF is currently trading at Rs. 83.15, up by 1.50 points or 1.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 81.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 83.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 83.15 and Rs. 83.15 respectively. So far 1000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 215.95 on 07-Sep-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 70.55 on 23-Aug-2019.

TRF’s subsidiary -- TRF Singapore (TRFS) has completed the transfer of the entire shares held by it in Hewitt Robins International Holdings (HRIHL), a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company along with its 100% subsidiary Hewitt Robins International (HRIL) to ENSCO 1340. Pursuant to the said transfer, HRIHL and its subsidiary HRIL cease to be subsidiaries of the Company.

TRF is engaged in the production of material handling equipment. The company’s segments include Products & Services, and Projects & Services.
