The company also informed that in order to comply with Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the annual report for the fiscal year 2019 will be filed with stock exchange after it is adopted by the shareholders at the 31st AGM, to be held on September 28, 2019.
