Vyapar Industries has received an approval for sale of entire Investment of the company in Equity Shares of Hindupur Vyapar Apparel Park i.e. 15,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 1,50,00,000.00 to GKR Ventures, Bangalore. The Board of Directors of the company in their Meeting held on September 12, 2019, approved the same.

Vyapar Industries is one of the largest manufacturer, wholesaler and exporter of quality viscose rayon yarns, embroidery yarns, fabrics & other accessories.
