Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 30(3) -Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Obligations, Baba Arts has informed that Gordhan P. Tanwani, the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company announced today in the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company that the Company has initiated process for production of Web Serials for Web Cast on various OTT Platforms and in this connection the Company has signed agreements with few writers for content development. He however stated that final production & web cast of Web Serials may take time of 18 to 24 months depending on submission and approval of the content by the OTT Platforms.
