Bharat Seats has informed about disclosure made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 on 25/3/2019 and on 24/7/2019 relating to setting up of new production facility by the Company at New Survey/ Block no.30 (Old Revenue Survey no.403/9), Moje Naviyani, Taluka Dasada, Distt. Surenderanagar, Part of Nihon Industrial Park, Gujarat. The rationale for setting up of this new production facility being, to fall in line with the shifting of a certain model manufacturing by Maruti Suzuki India to Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private manufacturing facility at Gujarat. The company is in the process of shifting its manufacturing facility of seats for YSD Model, at Manesar, and Trims being manufactured at Plot No.677, Sector 37, Pace City II, Gurugram, to Gujarat. Accordingly, the Board, in its meeting held on 19.09.2019, approved the proposal to close Trim Plant of the Company situated at Plot No.677, Sector 37, Pace City II, Gurugram.
