Pursuant to the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, regarding trading restriction period, Machino Plastics has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2019 for all the directors/ officers/ designated employees and any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company.
