Symphony trades jubilantly on targeting Rs 500 crore global turnover in FY13

Symphony is currently trading at Rs. 403.00, up by 25.55 points or 6.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 377.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 382.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 425.00 and Rs. 378.00 respectively. So far 135029 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1250.00 on 15-Feb-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 173.00 on 04-Jun-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 425.00 and Rs. 352.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1437.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.46% and 24.54% respectively.  

Symphony is targeting to gather global turnover of Rs 500 crore in FY13 as against Rs 313 crore of global turnover in previous year. Out of Rs 500 crore, turnover of Rs 400 crore is likely to come from the domestic market and the rest from its wholly-owned subsidiary in the US, IMPCO.

IMPCO has the distinction of putting up the world's largest air cooling project at Mecca in Saudi Arabia.

Symphony is a publicly traded company established in 1988 in India with a manufacturing base in North America, offering products in over 60 countries. The company has done air cooling projects for more than 100 supermarkets in Mexico as well as projects for Walmart, Lear Corporation and GE among others.
