Brahmaputra Infrastructure has informed, with the reference of earlier submission dated 11/09/2019 in respect to the Regulation 34(1) of Annual Report of FY 2018-19; in that submission due to large size file (PDF) and due to some technical disperiances that file is unable to upload on the exchange portal, so the Company once again has uploaded the soft copy of Annual Report of FY 2018-19. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company enclosed herewith the soft copy of Annual Report of FY 2018-19.
