Omax Autos has received an approval for the consolidation of the manufacturing unit at Pant Nagar into Lucknow Unit. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on November 11, 2019, approved the same.

Consolidation of Pant Nagar Unit is expected by December 31, 2019. Plant is being consolidated due to low visibility of business volume in short term.

Omax Autos manufactures a range of components for automobiles ranging from two-wheelers, three-wheelers, Off-Highway, passenger cars, commercial vehicles and railways.
