Pursuant to Regulation 33(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Audit Committee considered the Un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter/ half year ended on 30th September, 2019. The Board of Directors of the Company subsequently considered and approved the Un-Audited financial results for the quarter/ half year ended on 30th September, 2019, (Copy of the Standalone Results for the Quarter/half year ended on 30/09/2019 enclosed) Limited Review Report of the auditors on the Un-audited financial results for the quarter/ half year ended on 30th September, 2019 is also attached.
