Raymond has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company namely ‘Raymond Lifestyle’ with effect from November 14, 2019. The new company has been incorporated with objects including but not limited to manufacturing and dealing in Branded apparels, Garmenting as well as B2C shirting and B2B textile, MTM; and branded textiles.The new company is yet to commence business operations.

Raymond is one of India’s largest branded fabric and fashion retailers. It is one of the leading, integrated producers of suiting fabric in the world.
