Ashok Alco-Chem has handed over the possession of Movable and Immovable Assets to Yellowstone Chemicals. This transfer does not include the transfer of MIDC leasehold rights in the Land & Building of factory & residential colony situated at Mahad in the state of Maharashtra. The company had signed Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) with Yellowstone Chemicals on August 14, 2019.
