Raunaq EPC International (REIL) has sold 39,568 Equity Shares comprising of 0.42% of Bharat Gears (BGL) in the open market in one or more tranches on November 27, 2019. The balance shareholding held by REIL may also be sold in the open market in near future to meet out its working capital requirements. The company holds 2,92,980 Equity Shares comprising of 3.15% in BGL.
Bharat Gears is India's largest gear manufacturer. The company manufactures a wide range of hypoid/spiral gears, differential gears and shafts, complete automotive transmissions, gearbox sub-assemblies and differential assemblies.
