PTC Industries is planning for sale of surplus land at Mehsana, sale of residential property at Ansal API at Lucknow and sale of Plant I & Plant II at Lucknow, where activities had stopped after commencement of new manufacturing facility at AMTC. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on December 12, 2019, to consider the same.
