Warren Tea has decided to dispose Sealkotee Tea Estate situated in Assam. For the said purpose the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Swananda Tea at Kolkata on December 20, 2019. Swananda Tea is engaged in tea business. The consideration to be received from the sale / disposal is Rs 19.01 crore.
Warren Tea is engaged in the integrated process of growing, harvesting, manufacturing and sale of black tea and travel related activities.
